The region Piemonte is definitely the place to be for passionate lovers of delicious food & marvellous wines. The Langhe Roero hotel accommodation is available for small groups from 6 to 100 persons, however for large numbers of visitors we have 3-, 4- or 5 stars hotels in the city of Turin as the perfect setting depending on your wishes and goals.

First day
- arrival at the airport timing 9 am
- shuttle towards the city center, guided walk which shows you the historical past of Turin. A break having a coffee and croissant just like Italian do, s foreseen in one of the most historical cafés of Turin
- Guided visit of Mole Antonelliana, which is hosting the Museo del Cinema, spectacular view over the town of Turin from the top of this extremely beautiful location.
- Lunch in Le Tre Galline, considered as one of the best restaurants serving traditional Piemontese food
- Shuttle to Langhe Roero area
- Wine degustation in one of the most famous wineries specialized in production of Barbera d’Asti, Barbera d’Alba, Barbaresco etc… Walk to the top of the vineyard where you will continue tasting wines in the Ciabot and have a wonderful experience with all your senses. Light lunch
- Short visit of the Castle of Govone and tasting of delicious desserts
- Shuttle to the restaurant where you will have a hands-on culinary workshop, apero, diner, wines, waters and coffee / shuttle to hotel accommodation
Day 2
- vespa tour barolo with cultural visits, tasting wines and visit of Marchesi di Barolo, one of the most famous producers of Barolo wines and diving into their history of Barolo production from 1940 on.
- Light lunch with regional food

Day 3
Morning : simulation exercise of truffle hunting allowing you to experience the process of truffle search, interaction between dog and truffle hunter and of course you will get to know everything about truffles.

Incentive Travel Proposal – Wine & Food and Culture
First day
Arrival of the participants and accommodation at a 4*hotel. A walk in Alba, the town of a hundred towers, aperitif with typical products. “Dinner with the masca”: in an old residence surrounded by the vineyards, the participants will learn the stories and legends of the “witches” of the Langa through the performance of an actress. Overnight stay.
Second day
Breakfast at the hotel. In the seat of a Vespa, the most famous Italian moped, the group will discover a changing and romantic landscape.
Panoramic route of the Roero region: a picturesque tour will lead the participants as far as the Castle of Guarene. Light lunch in a special location. The itinerary will continue to a famous winery of the Roero region that produces wines which are famous on a European level.
A walk in the vineyards which every year produce the precious wines that are served at the tables of VIPs in the whole world. End of your Vespa tour, a walk in the small town of Canale.
Dinner at a starred restaurant. Overnight stay.
Third day
Breakfast at the hotel.
Narrated guided tour of the Castle of Grinzane Cavour, guided by Camillo Benso of Cavour himself.
Lunch in the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant in the Castle.
Barolo itinerary to admire wonderful landscapes, majestic castles and the well-tended vineyards.
A visit to a historic winery to sample a glass of wine among old wooden barrels.
Visit of the village of Pollenzo, one of the most beautiful examples of the Italian Gothic revival, with the Wine Bank, a very special institution. Departure.

First day

Second day: competition
Breakfast at the hotel. Briefing on the topic of the day and presentation of the activities.
Orienteering in the town. The participants will be involved in an unusual visit of the town of Alba, allowing them to discover its attractions and experiencing team work at the same time. This journey towards traditions and typical products will lead them to enjoy the properties and features of the excellent quality products of the Langa and gather useful information to reach the next stage. An aperitif in a typical bar in Alba will end this orienteering experience.
Dinner with typical dishes. Overnight stay.
Third day: cooperation
Breakfast at the hotel. Briefing on the topic of the day and presentation of the activities.
Rafting on the River Stura, on board of special rubber rafts with paddles the participants will be divided into crews of 4-8 members and guided by an expert teacher.
Snack with typical products of the Occitan Valleys to end this adventure.
Return to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner with typical dishes. Overnight stay.
Fourth day: knowledge sharing
Breakfast at the hotel. Briefing on the topic of the day and presentation of the activities.
Workshop on typical cuisine to learn all the secrets of the recipes that have made the Langhe famous all around the world and prepare a complete menu.
Farewell lunch with typical dishes. Departure.
